Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Process:

• Submit your inquiry through our website's booking form or contact us via hello@thedailylifephotography.com

• We will respond within 1 to 2 days to confirm our availability and discuss available dates.

• To secure your photoshoot date, a non-refundable 40% deposit must be made within 24 hours of booking. This ensures both parties are committed to the session and allows us to reserve your spot on our calendar.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellation:

• If adverse weather is forecasted for your shoot, you can reschedule without additional fees.

• For non-weather related rescheduling, inform us at least 1 week prior to the scheduled date. Subject to availability.

• In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. However, it can be used for a future booking within 6 months.

3. Payment:

• A non-refundable 40% deposit is required to secure your booking and lock in your dates.

• Once your photos are ready, you’ll receive a private gallery link to view your images as well as an invoice for the remaining balance.

• After the remaining 60% balance is paid, We will send you a unique 4-digit PIN to download your photos securely from the gallery..

• Payments are made via Paynow

4. Photoshoot Experience:

• Please arrive on time to make the most of your session.

• Follow our preparation guidelines for an enjoyable and successful photoshoot.

5. Delivery of Images:

• Within 7 to 10 days, you will receive a link to a private online gallery containing your edited images for your viewing.

• After the remaining 60% payment is made, a unique 4-digit PIN will be send to you to give you access to download your high resolution photos in soft copies.

6. Image Usage:

• The Daily Life Photography retains copyright of all images. Images may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

7. Client Satisfaction:
