Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

At The Daily Life Photography, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require changes to your scheduled family photoshoot. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to accommodate such situations while ensuring fairness and the smooth operation of our services.


Cancellation:

In the event that you need to cancel your booked family photoshoot, please notify us as soon as possible. Please note that the downpayment made at the time of booking is non-refundable.

Rescheduling Due to Weather:

We know that weather can be unpredictable here in Singapore, and capturing your family's moments in the best conditions is important. If unfavorable weather conditions are forecasted for the scheduled photoshoot date, you may choose to reschedule without incurring any additional fees.

General Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your family photoshoot for reasons other than weather, please notify us at least 1 week before the scheduled date. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date, subject to availability.

Downpayment Utilization:

If you choose to cancel your booking, the downpayment can be applied to a future family photoshoot session with us within 6 months. This way, you can still preserve the value of your downpayment and enjoy capturing beautiful moments with your family in the future.
